Chateau Versailles day trip

Headed out early, before 8:30, to take the train to Versailles.

The train ride was about 40 minutes from St Michel Notre Dame RER station.  A short walk from Versailles Rive Gauche station gets you to the Chateau.

We had bought advanced tickets and the line for baggage check was not long. We were at the inner courtyard quickly.
We started in the gardens.
