Flew to Toronto to meet Allie and Carmen who were attending a conference. Our flight left at 6:45 am so we stayed at the Delta Hotel at the airport. The hotel is soon to undergo renovation.

The weather leaving Calgary was not promising.

We had Allie’s birthday dinner at Bar Reyna, a cocktail and sharing plates restaurant in the Yorkville area, with a bit of a cheeky sense of humour.

Stayed at the Windsor Arms Hotel where we enjoyed afternoon tea.

•

As well as dinner at Cafe Boulud.

Visited the Royal Ontario Museum that included an exhibition on Being Japanese Canadian.

As well as an exhibition of Dutch Masters from the Boston Museum of Fine Art.

• 

Another dinner at Estia.

•
