The new international terminal.

Our hotel on Prinsengracht. I think ‘gracht’ means canal. Our room looks out onto the canal.  The hotel has typical steep steps as you might see in the photo at the top of this post.


Lunch at Van Harte where they allow dogs inside.

Our wanders around the canals including looking at the building #5 where we will rent a flat in April.

We visited Het Gratchtenhuis, the canal museum, where Inge and Robin will have their wedding ceremony.  The museum is about the building of the newer outer ring of canals.

We took a canal boat ride to see theFestival of Lights,



Dinner was at Johannes, described as contemporary Dutch. We found it quite good, innovative.
