British Museum

We returned to Euston station then went to our new B & B, the Crescent Hotel in Bloomsbury.

After a breakfast, we walked to the British Museum.

We got to look at the Elgin Marbles.

Lots of impressive things to look at including the building.

We stopped at the gift shop where Robin and Allie tried out the Lewis chessmen set.

We went to do some laundry while Robin took a trip to the Monument and to climb the steps to the top. After laundry, we went to Hamley’s 7 floors of toys.

We found dinner at a bistro, Bella, then had an early night.
