Three days in Toronto ON

Since Scott was limited to very short walks, the remaining days in Toronto were uneventful. Allie returned home before noon. We noticed this Art Deco looking building as we walked towards Union Station.

I went to the clinic where we got post-op care instructions— so many drugs for the first while. Then returned to the hotel.

All the taxi drivers complained about traffic delay because of roadworks which sound even worse than the usual Canadian summer time road construction.

Scott’s routine was one of walking, icing, snoozing and meals. I did some Italian homework and made a trip to Above Ground Art Supplies which is right by the Art Gallery of Ontario. The AGO is closed because of a workers’ strike. I won’t be able to see the Ruebens inside.

Our great achievement was to get across the street to an Italian restaurant.

Oh well, rain meant we weren’t keen to be outside.

The return home was uneventful but tiring.
