Wildlife viewing in Squamish

Going on long walks with Scott and my mother was not an option but we could stand and look for bald eagles, salmon and seals.

We thought we could see the flashes of white heads and tails of bald eagles sitting in the trees. The photos prove it, right?

We definitely saw an immature bald eagle.

We saw a heron.

More fun than eagle spotting were the seals. Presumably they were hunting for salmon, which we could see occasionally rising out of the river, but never saw the seals catch any of them.
