Tulips

Ria and Jos took us to Keukenhof Gardens about halfway between Gouda and Amsterdam. Despite being a major tourist attraction, Ria and Jos had never been there–or maybe that’s why they had not gone. There were very few Dutch people there. But lots of tourists.



The gardens are about all bulbs, mostly tulips.


Some were unusual 




The tourist area was huge but the cultivation area even larger:
