Our walk to Stresa.  This was our big walk from Lago di Orta to Lago Maggiore.  We were dropped at the village of Armeno while our bags went onto Stresa.  It took us from 9:40 am until 3:10 pm. There was some uphill of a serious incline but a lot of downhill which hurt more than the uphill.  I’m posting this from our hotel in Stresa and we’re debating how far we want to walk for dinner.  We have two more days of walking ahead of us.
