San Diego working trip

In order to pack light, I left my netbook at home when I went to San Diego. I thought I could rely on my iPhone for posting to my blog and uploading photos. But other than two posts which went onto my Europe blog, nothing else uploaded.

So here’s a bit about my trip.

I went for a run along the harbor on three different days. Here’s a few views taken during my runs.

Above is the San Diego Padres’ ballpark which is about two blocks from the hotel I was staying at.

The hotel had a rooftop pool on the older section of the building. This was the view from my room:

On my one free day, I went to Balboa Park where there are many museums and the San Diego zoo. I didn’t go to the zoo.

I also went to the downtown Museum of Contemporary Art

On Saturday evening, we were invited to a San Diego member’s home for dinner. Here’s the view from his terrace looking back at San Diego.

Flying back home, I had to change planes in Vancouver.
