We’ve been in the air over 7 1/2 hours so will be starting to descend soon. Allie’s playing a game on her iPod and Scott’s trying to snooze some more although he keeps accepting cups of coffee.

The flight has been fairly comfy — my feet touch the floor when seated — not what usually happens. Earplugs have saved me from the numerous screaming babies!

The back of seat screens have travel guides on Amsterdam.

Here’s the Dutch paper I’ve been looking at — reading would be an exaggeration — I can’t tell if the article says Bolt will start the 4 x 100 relay or not.
