Ventesimo giorno: to Rapallo

Too bad I arrived so late the night before. Did not have an opportunity to enjoy the hotel —especially the terrace.

We grabbed coffee and pastry at Milano Centrale as well as lunch to go

Met the Art Walk group but had to wait as the train was late.

The train was a FrecciaBianca. Faster than a Regionale but makes more stops than a Frecciarossa

Two and a half hours to Rapallo

Rapallo (population ca 30,000) is sometimes described as a suburb of Genoa. It sits on the coastline as part of the Italian Riviera. Cinque Terre is to the southeast along the coast and Genoa to the northwest.

We created our own charcuterie and returned to the hotel
Where Jill did some drawing exercises. But Scott is still jet lagged and I’m getting cold symptoms so it was an early night—for a change.
